Johanna is a seasoned student affairs professional, education equity advocate, and emerging scholar committed to creating inclusive systems that support underrepresented students. She brings cross-sector experience in higher education, nonprofit, and public affairs, with a focus on transfer success, college access, and culturally responsive support.

Emma Franco is an affiliate with Secoya Affect, where she supports clients through thoughtful coordination, proactive communication, and reliable administrative and logistical support. A recent graduate of Pasadena City College and an incoming transfer student at UC Santa Barbara, Emma is a committed civic leader who volunteers regularly on electoral campaigns ranging from local elections to presidential races. Emma is a proud robotics champion and a passionate advocate for expanding opportunities for women in science and technology.
